So this is new. My name is Jeremy and I work for a sanshin store located in picturesque Yomitan Village, Okinawa. That’s Japan. Well, it’s sort of Japan. Okinawa is an group of the islands located south of mainlaind Japan – about a two hour flight from Osaka. It’s actually closer to Taiwan. Why don’t I just show you a map:

This blog is designed to reflect on the daily goings on for the staff in the store, life in Okinawa, and random musings. And the sanshin of course! I can hear the sounds of Lisa-san playing and singing upstairs as I type this.
